FWIS Ruth Hooper Memorial Endowed Scholarship

*Established by the Four Winds Intertribal Society, Inc., the FWIS Ruth Hooper Memorial Endowed Scholarship is awarded to students who are Native Americans or of American Indian descent studying in the field of education.

Requirements: Undergraduate recipients must maintain enrollment in at least (9) nine semester credit hours at A&M Central Texas and a minimum GPA as follows:

• New Transfer Undergraduate: 2.75 (transfer only)
• Returning / Continuing UG: 2.75 (institutional & cumulative)

Graduate students must maintain enrollment in at least (6) six semester credit hours at A&M Central Texas and a minimum GPA as follows:

• New Graduate: 3.0 (last 60 hours)
• Returning/Continuing GR: 3.0 (institutional & cumulative)

Value: The value of this award may vary based on available funding. This award is forfeited for failure to meet any of the requirements during an award period.
